Refilling your medications
The Health Plan will waive "refill too soon" limitations for members who are unable to use the mail order service for refills and for lost or destroyed medications.
Emotional support resources
The Optum Support Line, a toll-free emotional support help line, is available free of charge and open to anyone. This line will be open until August 19, 2024, and also offers referrals to community resources.
