APWU Health Plan offers a Medicare Advantage plan for High Option members. The UnitedHealthcare Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan enhances your Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program coverage by reducing or eliminating cost-sharing for services.
Your Medicare Advantage member ID card
If you enrolled in APWU Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan through UnitedHealthcare, please be sure to use the ID card you received when you enrolled.
Keep your recently updated APWU Health Plan High Option ID card in a secure place. You will not need this card unless you dis-enroll from the Medicare Advantage plan.

Plans are insured through UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company or one of its affiliated companies, a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.
