The health risk assessment is a benefit for APWU Health Plan members

A health risk assessment is available to all members of APWU Health Plan. After enrolling in the High Option or Consumer Driven Option, log in to your APWU Health Plan postal member portal or federal member portal to access the assessment—and take an important step toward a healthier life.

Participating in the health risk assessment is strictly voluntary. Any health information collected as part of the assessment will be kept confidential in accordance with the Health Plan’s privacy practices.
